At Transpicuous, we grew up on the hauling side of the industry, not the brokerage side. We were hauling, in the trucks, picking up and dropping cars as we dealt with delays due to lack of paperwork, communication and attention to detail on the part of the Brokers who were obviously most concerned about how large a fee (often times referred to as a “deposit”) they could hold on each and every deal. Disgusted with this operating philosophy, Transpicuous was born.
